What is the objective of the Construction Artisans Awards (CAA)?
CAA aims to recognize, reward, certify, and promote practicing construction artisans across Nigeria, while strengthening professional standards and linking artisans to jobs.
Who is eligible to participate?
Practicing artisans between 18–35 years, or older persons applying through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
What trades or categories are included?
Typically: Carpentry, Masonry, Tiling, Electrical (Domestic Installation), Plumbing, Painting & Decoration, Welding/Fabrication, POP/Plastering, etc. (Depending on edition).
Will winners receive financial rewards?
Yes. There are monetary prizes, tools/equipment sponsorship, certification subsidies, and job/contract linkages.
Where will the awards ceremony be held?
Location depends on the host state/venue to be announced by the Organising Committee.
